This year's AGM will be held in the clubhouse from 7pm on Tuesday 12th November.
The main purpose is the election of the committee for the next next year and we will not be holding a committee meeting on the same evening as we have done before as this results in a late finish. We will avoid that this time.
All members are welcome to attend and participate. All adult members can vote.
Anyone wishing to stand for any committee position should notify Sara Bailey by 29th October. They can let me know on 07807030261 and I will pass it on.
I would remind everyone that we are still short of a Match Secretary and an Event Organiser in particular.
