All members are entitled to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting. An EGM is required because our membership schemes are agreed at the AGM and can only overturned by holding an EGM. 

Thank you to members who have contributed their own thoughtful ideas about important considerations regarding membership packages for this year.  Further thoughts are welcome. Thank you too for the many members who have opened recent emails from the club, thus confirming their email address is working.

Due to the lockdown, we will need to communicate and vote via email as we are unable to hold a gathering. We are trying to ensure all members have their current email address on the ClubSpark database. if you are a member but have not seen any ClubSpark emails in the last month, please help out by updating your details on ClubSpark (and let us know) or use the contact page on this website to drop an email to the club or contact our membership secretary (Claire 07577  040409) who will input the email address for you.
