Playing Tennis on our Courts
We run both junior and adult teams in the LTA Team Tennis event. We also run adult teams in the South Wales and Gwent Doubles Leagues. We also run junior and adult competitions throughout the year, Club Championships and Road to Wimbledon.

· Men’s Team Practice Night from 19:00 onwards on Tuesdays (match play night).
· Ladies Team Practice Night 18:30 - 20:00 on Wednesdays.
· Veterans play from 14:00-16:00 every Tuesday and 12:00-14:00 every Saturday, with monthly tournaments every third Thursday.
· Social Tennis is held on Sunday from 9:00am and the first Friday in the month from 6pm.
· Cardio Tennis, a fun way to get fit, is held on Wednesdays: Adults 19.30-20:30. There is a small charge for these sessions.
· Regular American-style tournaments for both juniors and adults. This is a very friendly doubles tournament and aimed at all abilities and is often followed by some good food and a social gathering later in the bar! It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and you will be guaranteed a great evening.
There is a booking system here for use of the courts although regular activities such as matches, coaching, veteran and social tennis take precedence . We try to ensure that there is usually at least one court kept available when coaching and other arranged activities are in progress (although on Saturday mornings all are used for junior coaching). Please use courtesy if other people are waiting to ensure fair play to all.
