Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a tennis based exercise class with music.  Tennis drills and circuit exercises combine to raise the heart rate and give you an all-body workout.  You will also improve your tennis skills!  Cardio is generally suited to those with a little tennis experience - most rallies are against the coach with a little team work towards the end of the session.   You will need a racket, water bottle and tennis trainers to join in.   

Cardio Sessions run on:

Monday 9.30-10.30am

Wednesday 9.30-10.30am

Thursdays - 19.00-20.00

Friday 9.30-10.30am

Open to non-members aswell as members over the age of 16.
