ADULT PROGRAMMES DESCRIPTION AND SCHEDULE

 

Each course is designed to cater for players of a similar standard and playing experience to help them progress their game.

Adult Beginner Level

This class is designed to introduce new players to the basics of tennis. Throughout the course, adults will cover groundstrokes, footwork, net play and serve. Learn techniques, practice drills, and approaches to the game of tennis, by learning tennis fundamentals and basic skills.

 

Adult Intermediate Level

This course is for players with some basic tennis skills who can hit an oncoming ball regularly. Here players will further develop the technical forms of their forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Players will also develop a greater understanding of the net play, footwork, court placement and basic tactics.

 

Adult Advanced Level

This course is focused on competition. It will be an important physical and tactical part, finding the individual natural technique and tactics for each player getting the max of them in a game environment. Players will be invited to join our tennis teams in order to start competing in local tournaments.
