Our quaint little clubhouse is available for hire, for regular (e.g. weekly) bookings or for one-off private functions such as children’s parties. Situated in the Sutton Highfields Lawn Tennis Club within versatile and well-kept grounds and courts, the clubhouse is surrounded by laurel hedges and is located on a wide, tree lined road. Our well-loved clubhouse is discreetly and conveniently placed in-between Sutton and Carshalton Beeches, and has all you need to host a small event. There is a kitchen suitable for assembly of pre-prepared food, and there are tables and chairs to seat 24, with enough room for people to stand.  There are separate male and female toilets and an external brick barbeque available for use (you will need to bring your own tools). The internal clubhouse measures approx. 34 square metres with the outside grass area offering a generous 368 square metres which is ideal for bouncy castles and kids entertainment. The clubhouse is available on most days of the week (subject to club requirements and existing bookings) between the hours of 09:00 and 22:30, which includes time for setting up and clearing away. Anyone hiring the clubhouse is required to follow our terms and conditions of hire. Tennis parties, with a qualified coach, can also be arranged on request.

Please note the clubhouse is currently hired on a regular, long-term basis as follows:
19:00 – 22:30 on Tuesdays – Bridge Club
09:00 – 13:00 on Wednesdays – Arts Club
