Booking Rules
- The courts are available to the general public. Club members do NOT have priority use except when they are booked for club activities. Members of the public are entitled to book courts but must pay.
- All Swanage Tennis Club members are advised to book tennis courts in advance using the online booking system on the club website. Anyone who has made a booking will have priority.
- Swanage Tennis Club members must book courts for their use only and not for non-members.
- Swanage Tennis Club members can book courts up to 1 month in advance with a maximum of 10 sessions per weeks (5 hours).
- There will be no charge for Swanage Tennis Club members.
- For full court booking terms and conditions, please refer to the Court Booking Terms and conditions contained within the online court booking system available the first time that you book a court using the online ClubSpark booking system.
- Swanage Tennis Club retains the right to block book courts. All block bookings will be clearly marked on the booking system.
- Bookings must be cancelled if members are unable to make their start time.
- If no-one appears on the court 15 minutes after the start time of the booking slot, the court will be made available for others to use and you will lose your right to the court.
- Parents of junior members can book courts on behalf of their children.
- League matches have priority.
