Safeguarding
Colleagues from the Nurture Group encounter children, young people and/or vulnerable adults
through its provision of services working within educational, care and MOD environments. This policy
sets out the roles and responsibilities of the Company and its colleagues in collaborating with other
professionals and agencies in promoting the safeguarding of children, young people and
vulnerable adults from abuse and neglect.
This policy also sets out the standards and expectations Nurture Group colleagues must adhere to
when communicating with colleagues to ensure the provision of a safe working environment for all.
