Our Evergreen club is aimed at those who are young at heart and looking for light exercise and social fun !

The club meet every Thursday between 10am - 12noon.

Cost

£5.50 for two hours

The sessions include gentle exercise, low impact aerobics, line dancing, Table Tennis and Short Mat Bowls.
