This is an adult’s session for players over the age of 18. Beginner coaching courses are a great way to start playing tennis and learn the basics or get back into the swing of things. You will be introduced to the scoring system and the rules. It is aimed at adults who are either new to the game or a little rusty. By the end of the course, you will be all set to serve, rally and understand the scoring system. These new skills give the foundation to then continue playing tennis on a regular basis, whether in a social or competitive environment. Coaching will be on the upper courts.

There will be no session 19 February for half term.
