About this course

Notes from the coach

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead. This more advanced group is for those players that have more experience with tennis and looking to progress onto a more technical and advanced standard of play. These sessions will focused on getting players ready for matchplay and progressing to the next stage.
