At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead. 

This more advanced group is for those players that have more experience with tennis and looking to progress onto a more technical and advanced standard of play. These sessions will focused on getting players ready for matchplay and progressing to the next stage.
