Update on building works

Legal items are being worked on and imminent with regards to signing the lease. Then back to the contractors for updates on quotes for building the fourth court. Watch this space! 

Upcoming Events & Regular Sessions

  • Monday and Wednesday mornings -9.30am onwards. A relaxed and friendly session for all members.
  • Monday evenings full adult ladies session -5.30pm
  • Mondays -7pm teams' practice
  • Thursday evenings Full adult ladies session -5.30pm
  • Thursday Club Night – 7pm onwards...open to all full members
  • Club Night is a great opportunity to meet fellow players, mix in for some fun games and sharpen your skills.

We’d love to see as many of you as possible on court and at our social events this season. Whether you’re playing, spectating, or just stopping by for the cake, Twyford Tennis Club is the place to be!

 **Exciting News for Our Club!** 

We’re thrilled to announce that Parker’s Estate Agents are generously supporting our tennis club!   For every house sold through Parker's that comes from one of our members, **10% of the fees** will be donated directly to our club.

About Us 

We’re a friendly tennis club in Twyford in Berkshire, just a few minutes’ drive from Reading, Wargrave, Sonning, Charvil, Ruscombe and Hurst.

We have three floodlit all-weather tennis courts (with a fourth one coming soon!), so you can play throughout the year. We also have plans for a new clubhouse. Learn  about all our Crowdfunding and building projects here. 

Members – adults and juniors – can use the courts for free and take part in regular club sessions and friendly tournaments.

We enter mens, ladies, mixed and veterans teams into the LTA’s Berkshire League, so we have several opportunities for competitive tennis. Don't miss out!

For any members just wanting to turn up and play, there’s always plenty of free court time.  And, if you ever want to go solo with a practice session, we even have a ball machine you can hire (just call  Gary at 07855196973)

And there's no need to worry if you're new to the game or your racket’s been gathering dust under the stairs. We’re a welcoming bunch of various playing levels, and we also offer coaching, for juniors and adults. Junior players (under 18) can also get involved in camps and tournaments.

Non-members can book a court online, from as little as £2.20 per player.
