Tame Valley currently have 4 teams competing in the North West Counties Squash League.  Take a look at www.nwcsl.org. In addition, we run an internal league with 4 divisions managed through www.squashleagues.org, . We also offer social squash  sessions throughout the week.

We have high quality heated courts, all with viewing galleries; Court 3 has a glass back and tiered seating.  All courts have recently been overhauled with new lighting for the best playing environment.

Coaching

Racketball

Racketball Social Night every Tuesday 6pm – 8pm:  All welcome

With Racketball (also known as Squash 57) becoming more popular Tuesday night is social racketball night. All welcome. You don’t have to have played before, or even have a Racket. Racketball is a lot easier to play than squash with a bigger racket and a bouncy ball.

The social night is more about having fun, learning something new, improving, and getting fit at the same time. You can even make it a family thing. If you have a friend, who is not a club member, bring them down as well. The club bar is open on Tuesdays so provides a chance to play first, and then socialise off the court.
