Welcome to TeeM Tennis Coaching
TeeM Tennis Coaching was founded by Tee Moyo an experienced long-term LTA Level 3 Accredited+ Tennis Coach. I am extremely passionate about supporting people from tots to seniors to improve and achieve their best tennis either recreationally or socially, at club and county performance or competitive levels.
Through TeeM Tennis Coaching we facilitate tennis instruction; and provide opportunities for personal and leadership development in conducive environment at venues that are open; safe and inclusive.
We provide programs which support Talent Identification, and lay the foundation to enable the players to follow the various tennis pathways available via the Lawn Tennis Association. We deliver tennis coaching at all levels to young people and adults in group or private sessions enabling each individual to learn at their own pace. Furthermore, we organise tennis camps and even supervise birthday parties. Our lessons have a very strong focus on optimising tennis knowledge, fitness, tactical and technical abilities of the player in addition to inspiring active and healthy family lifestyles.

Junior Development Coaching programmes at Shadwell Tennis Club ( North Leeds, LS17 8JD) and Mirfield Tennis Club ( Memorial Park, Mirfield, WF14 9HH) are founded on providing personalised tennis experience with personal and leadership development at their core.
. I maintain an up-to-date LTA registration and accreditation meaning I have passed the minimum LTA Safeguarding standards which entails Enhanced DBS check; First Aid; Liability Insurance and Safeguarding Training. I ensure myself and the coaches I engage fulfil an annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which enables us to keep up to date with the latest developments in tennis. The coaching teams understand that they have shared responsibility to ensure that all tennis activities take place in a safe, secure, sociable, and inclusive environment for the benefit of all children.
My junior development programme also offers opportunities for our juniors to achieve DOE qualifications, Tennis Leadership, Tennis Assistant, and Instructor Coach Awards.
My programme caters for all age and abilities. For tots (2.5 to 4 years old) we focus on getting them used to the tennis environment as they begin their journey to acquire the skills to play the game of tennis. This is done through activities which emphasise development of coordination, movement, receptive skills in a fun and creative environment.
Next is the mini tennis programme for players aged 4 -11 years introducing them to the tennis game on scaled down equipment; balls and on red and orange size courts. Here you find amazing sessions on developing the players’ ABCs (Agility, Balance, and Coordination) whilst developing receiving and sending skills in rallying or in match play situations. They also learn and practice tennis situations such as serving, receiving, rallying, or volleying.
The teenager programme takes players of all levels of ability between 11 to 18 years focusing on equipping them with game requirements for transition to adult tennis. For each player we build on the foundation which includes basic techniques and tactics to give them confidence, so they enjoy playing the game. As they progress, we have the Intermediate classes for those players wishing to compete within the programme as well as representing the club in local leagues. The Advanced sessions prepares them for adult leagues. If your child is more competitively minded aiming for county or national level play, we run invite only Performance sessions which incorporate strength and conditioning, individual lessons and buddy hitting sessions; match play; and competition training.
I take great pride in tailoring my sessions to provide optimum tennis challenge to each player and great opportunities to enhance their interpersonal and leadership skills. My coaching team are on hand to offer help and advice. I am sure we will be able to find the right lesson plan or session to get your children playing tennis.
Players also have the option of individual coaching with a member of the coaching team. These sessions can be arranged at mutually convenient times for both the player and coach.
