Social Sweat

This is our signature session based around a 90 minute program designed to get you technically better, faster, stronger and fitter on court. We will run these sessions as 8-12 week rotations, with each session focusing on a different aspect of the beautiful game. Whether it’s how to get more pop on your serve, or how to move around the court like a tennis God - there will be no element of your tennis game left unturned. We will end the course with re-testing to show your individual improvement and match-plays to add a competitive, social element.
