Junior coaching
TennisFIT Kids is designed for those ages 8+ who want to improve their on court game whilst getting stronger, faster and fitter. Sessions include technical tennis coaching with on court drills as well as interactive live play. From the fitness side, sessions focus on the basis of movement from how to sprint, to changing direction faster and more efficiently - all in a tennis specific situation. All exercises take place in a fun and encouraging environment that allows everyone to work to their own level.
