WEATHER POLICY FOR COACHING

• In the event of poor weather conditions a coached group tennis session may be cancelled, however every effort will be made to play and run the session, therefore always assume the session is on. 
• The decision on whether to cancel a session for health and safety reasons will be taken by the Coach leading the session.  We recommend that you obtain the coaches phone number in week one of your course. You can also find their number on our website under "Our Team" section. 
• If you are unsure if the session is going ahead please contact your coach. 
• If the Coach decides that a session needs to be cancelled before the session begins, or before the end of 20 minutes into that session, this session will be refunded.
• In the event of such a cancellation, you will be contacted by email or text using the contact details you have provided to the ClubSpark booking service.  Please ensure that these details are correct.
• Sometimes, decisions will be taken last minute, as the weather is so changeable and impossible to predict with complete accuracy.  While we are always keen for sessions to go ahead, please respect that the health and safety of our players and coaches is our first consideration. 
• In the event of poor weather conditions, Pay and Play court bookings can be refunded. For the refund to be issued please email: tenisforteddington@hotmail.com within 24h of your unused booking. Please include your name and court number with time of the booking in your email.
