- Annual passes are valid from the date of purchase for one year and are non-refundable. These cannot be transferred or extended. These are sold for individual use only. By purchasing an annual pass you agree to these terms.

If you think a child, young person or adult is in immediate danger or risk of harm, please call 999.
If you have a safeguarding concern please contact the our Venue Welfare Officer, details can be found below. The Venue Welfare Officer will pass the details of the concern on to the LTA Safeguarding Team at the earliest opportunity and the relevant local authority and the police will be contacted, where appropriate.
If you do not feel comfortable raising a concern with the Venue Welfare Officer, then you can contact the LTA Safeguarding Team directly on 020 8487 7000 or complete their online reporting form Register a Concern | Tennis Association | Tennis in Britain (lta.org.uk)
