Somer Valley Tennis are the operators of three venues and have a robust safeguarding policy in place with a number of other policies aligned to the club and its affiliation to the LTA.

Anyone who is concerned about the well-being of a child/adult at risk or has a disclosure of abuse or neglect  MUST immediately report it the LTA Safeguarding Team via the on-line reporting form: LTA Safeguarding Report Form

• Telephone the LTA on: 020 8487 7000 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) OR
• Call the NSPCC on: 0808 800 5000

However if someone is in immediate danger, call the police 999

Please remember at all times that doing nothing is NOT an option; report all concerns and disclosures as soon as possible. 

We take safeguarding very seriously to make sure our children and vulerable adults are safe.  Each venue has its own Welfare Officer, who is trained and able to support anyone needing help, please make contact if you need to.
