At Tennis Journey, players of all ages and abilities can enjoy learning tennis—whether you're picking up a racket for the very first time or you're aiming to take your game to the next level. Our goal is to help every player develop confidence, skills, and a genuine love for the sport.

Junior Coaching

Our junior programme is designed to help young players grow, learn, and have fun. Sessions are grouped by age and ability to ensure that every child progresses at their own pace.

We focus on building solid fundamentals, developing match-play skills, and encouraging teamwork and confidence on court.

Junior activities and events include:

Ladder Tournament – Saturday weekly or monthly match-play events where juniors climb the ladder as they improve.

Team Training & Fixtures – Opportunities for competitive juniors to represent their venue.

Adult Coaching

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced player looking for advanced tactical training, our adult programme has something for everyone.

Adult coaching options include:

Beginner & Improver Groups – Learn the basics and build strong foundations.

Intermediate & Advanced Drills – Improve technique, point construction, and match confidence.

Cardio Tennis – A high-energy workout combining tennis movement and music.

Rusty Rackets – A relaxed session for players returning to the game after some time off.

We create a welcoming, supportive coaching environment where adults can learn, stay active, and enjoy the social side of tennis.
