Our cardio sessions are designed for players and the general public who want to get fit—tennis style! The goal of cardio tennis is to keep you moving, raise your heart rate, and give you a fun, energetic workout. Breaks will be provided, but if you ever need to stop, just let the coach know—your health and safety always come first.
