Lancashire tennis coach Sam Jalloh has released his autobiography How Tennis Saved My Life which tells his story of growing up in Sierra Leone to his modern day life as an international tennis coach.
Sam survived the Civil War in Sierra Leone and made a new life for himself firstly as a tennis player and then as a coach. Sam has gone on to set up his own foundation, which has delivered tennis for underprivileged children across West Africa.
The inspiring and amazing story tells the dramatic story of his time in Freetown as well as his time representing his country in the All-African Games and his current role as a coach travelling the world with talented junior players.
