Sunday 22nd March saw the first ever Lancashire Padel Championships take place at Carbon Padel in Manchester. The Championships which was open to anyone who was born or lives in Lancashire had Men's and Women's Open events with the Lancashire Competition Committee hoping to add future events in coming years.

The Championships saw George Morgan & Imran Aswat crowned Lancashire Men's Padel Champions after a 6-3, 6-2 win over Anthony Hardman & Jamie Guest. 

In the Women's event Katherine Davies & Jan Mort beat Anna Foz & Lucy Parker 4-6, 6-4, 10-4 to be crowned the Lancashire Women's Padel Champions.
