What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
For pupils in school years Reception - Year 2 (ages 5-8yrs). Learn to serve, rally and score with a slow ball, as well as learning the movement and co-ordination skills needed for tennis. . Rackets are available to borrow so just turn up in sporty clothing and a bottle of water.
