I knew going into the weekend it would be a strong group.

We had a tough first day on Friday, just losing out 5-4 but we put up a fight with matches going to 3 sets.

Day2:

Lancashire the next day were really strong all throughout their team so again had to fight for matches as we were not going to get anything easy.

Day 3.....

We knew going Into the last day we had a chance of staying up although it wouldn’t be easy. We had matches going to 3 sets again.

I was pleased with the grit and determination the players showed. Despite us going down we were closer than the result showed.
