Booking a court

Read and agree to the Court Booking Terms of Use 

Step 1: Select ‘Booking’

Step 2: Select your date and time and click to book

Step 3: Choose your finish time on the drop down option (minimum 30 minute booking) and select ‘continue booking’. Ensure the length is correct from 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes as only 1 booking is permitted per day.

Step 4: Sign in or register to continue

Step 5: Review and finalise booking

Step 6: Remember to take a copy of your booking confirmation to the courts when going to play as booked sessions have priority.

Please note grounds staff and contractors working at the recreation ground do not have access to the booking system.

If you no longer want your court please ensure you cancel the booking to allow others to see the court is available.

How to cancel bookings

Step 1: Go to the ‘Book a court’ page

Step 2: Log into Clubspark (top right-hand corner)

Step 3: Click on your name (top right-hand corner)

Step 4: Click on “My profile”

Step 5: Click “manage bookings”

Step 6: Find the booking and click “cancel”

If you receive an error message at any time, take a screen shot and email townhall@tenterdentowncouncil.gov.uk to tell us what you were attempting to do when it happened.

We require everyone booking to have read and agreed to the booking conditions.

If you no longer require your session please ensure YOU cancel the booking so others can see it is available. Persistent failure to do so may result in offenders not being able to book in the future which is not the preferred course of action.

COACHES running organised sessions ARE REQUIRED to notify the Council that they are qualified and insured, and that they have carried out a risk assessment to ensure the safety of those they are coaching.
