As many of you may be experiencing, it is almost impossible to contact the LTA if you have lost your log-in details or have been locked out of your account.

Below are some steps, which have been successful in the past...

Retrieving your password

Here is a link we found that may help getting your password back. Remember to use the email you first used to register at the LTA, and make sure you can access it.

Contacting them if the above does not work

Go to this link https://helpcentre.lta.org.uk/help/s/contact-us?_ga=2.12047031.2050513184.1644783206-1723705703.1642072641 and fill in as much as you can. Remember to click on 'Advantage' and 'login', as shown below, this will then give you a box to fill in the details. Make sure you put as much info in there as possible: email address, LTA number, username - all this can be found on any email that is sent to you from the LTA.
TIP: Copy whatever you wrote in the message box onto a sticky note, just incase it disappears from the box (it did a couple of times with me)
