It was a full-house last night as members of TTC turned up for the return of Quiz Night. The night flowed well as folk racked their cerebral recesses to answer host Matthew Whites’ (of Tennis Ladder fame) well-researched (googled) questions.

10 teams with extremely imaginative names, including ‘No Balls’ and ‘Quizzlers’ fought it out to try and win the coveted prize of a bottle of Champagne.

In the end, first place went to ‘Norf'k' n Chance’ (featuring Chairmen Daniel Morris – read into that what you will) with 25 points. Second place were ‘Angry Middle Aged White Men’ with 23 points and third place, with 21 points was the thrillingly titled… ‘Table One’.

A fine selection of cured meats and cheeses were quickly scoffed up along with copious amounts of beer and wine.
