If you are new to the programme please complete a registration form and read our terms and conditions and code of conduct.
If you are an existing player you do not need to complete another form for this season unless there is a change in medical information or permissions to travel home for older players. If players do not have permission to travel home by themselves they will need to be collect from the courts.
