Our coaching programmes aim to be accessible for all ages and abilities, whether it's juniors or adults picking up a racket for the first time or if you or your child are an experienced player looking to further develop your game and compete.

Tom Warburton - Head Coach
I have over 6 years experience of coaching on very successful junior and adult programmes. Starting my coaching career in North & West Yorkshire, I have gained years of experience working with players of all ages and abilities. Now at Shooters Hill Tennis Club I am passionate about creating an inclusive and purpose driven environment for all aspiring tennis players at this club.
Dave Harrild - LTA Level 4 Accredited+ Coach
"I have been a LTA level 4 qualified coach for 20 years. 6 years coaching at Blackheath Tennis Club (interim head coach 6 months). I have been at Shooters Hill for 11 years and been coaching full time for 2 years there. My coaching career started at Eltham Park South Community tennis in 2000. I have played for Kent County and have won singles doubles and mixed titles at Blackheath Tennis Club and multiple titles at Shooters Hill."

“I grew up playing tennis at Shooters Hill at the age of three and have gone on to represent Kent through all levels of junior competition. I have enjoyed taking on a coaching role at the club over the last two years, recently achieving a distinction in my LTA Level 2 coaching qualification. As a coach, I try to fully understand my players’ needs, allowing them to develop in the best way possible whilst enjoying the game.”
