One of our juniors, Rhys Bowen made it to the county semi finals of the Road to Wimbledon tournament held at Southsea. He represented himself and Thornden tennis club very well , losing to the number 2 seed in the semis. The girl's representative for Thornden was Jessica Wang who also competed well and won a match.
