A Junior coaching program is now at Thornes Park – its goal to provide a solid foundation in the game of Tennis, after which, should you choose,  a player can confidently move on to a more progressive club setting. These coaching ‘blocks’ follow a progressive scheme of work, covering all the basics for players at all age ranges.

Our RED Ball sessions are aimed at players aged 6 -8yrs. Tennis is played on a smaller sized court, using smaller rackets and bigger tennis balls. All aimed towards teaching the fundamentals of the game in an understandable and attainable way. All equipment is provided.
