Notes from the coach

Want your child to learn some key movement skills and have fun whilst doing it? Want to exercise yourself with other like minded people in a fun, engaging way? Why not try our parent & toddler group sessions every Thursday in term-time. All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own racket. Sessions last 45mins with space to have cuddle stops, drinks and anything else necessary mid session.
