Safeguarding

Everyone should be able to enjoy tennis in a safe and inclusive environment. Nothing is more important than the safety of our members and guests.

The club takes seriously its responsibilities for protecting vulnerable people, including children, and adheres to the LTA and Tennis Scotland’s Code of Conduct. This covers visitors, including visiting teams and those attending coaching classes as well as members.

We recommend that children under the age of 13 are supervised by their parent / carer whilst at a tennis venue and outside of any venue sessions, such as coaching lessons or tennis camps.

Committee members have been trained on safeguarding matters and attend relevant updating courses.
