Tracy Cardy Coaching

I am a level 3 Club Coach with 20 years of experience coaching juniors and adults in clubs, schools and the community.  I'm a Teacher Training Course Tutor, responsible for the delivery of teacher training courses for the LTA schools Youth initiative. 

I love working in what is considered as a mainly male dominated area of work and I am inspired to get more girls and women playing, volunteering & working in the game.  Having been influenced and trained by Judy Murray as one of the LTA's  She Rallies  Ambassadors for Lincolnshire  I deliver workshops encouraging females to get involved along with support and mentoring to help them onto the coaching pathway and deliver tennis in their communities.   

I work closely with organisations supporting people with learning difficulties and mental health providing tennis activities & well-being sessions which raises awareness on how physical activity can help self esteem & recovery, it's very rewarding work and an area which I'm keen to grow.   

My main aim is to introduce as many people to the great outdoors and to enjoy this great sport for fun, fitness & life.
