Truro Tennis Club is delighted to announce that on Saturday 17th May we will be running our Bright Ideas for Tennis Open Day. The UK charity Bright Ideas for Tennis will be bringing two ex-British Davis Cup Players and will be running coaching clinics from 1pm-6pm. To take part in one of these clinics please sign up online but places are limited so it will be run on a first come, first served basis. 1pm -1.45pm mini-tennis Coaching Session5-10yrs 

1.45-2.30pm Teen Tennis Coaching Session 11-16yrs

2.30-3.30pm Social Adult Coaching Session Club players including Team mens d/e ladies b/c players 

3.30-4.30pm Advanced Team Coaching Session Mens A/B/C Ladies A

4.30-5.00pm Fastest Serve Competition

5.00-6.00pm Exihibition Match including the Professionals!!

Alongside the coaching clinics, there will be a doubles exhibition match at 5pm between the two ex-British Davis Cup Players and two club pros.

All coaching clinic prices include food - bacon sandwiches or lasagne (meat/vegetarian and gluten free options available).

The bar will also be open throughout the day and food is also available to those who are not taking part in the coaching clinics! On top of this, there will also be cakes/sweets on sale, a raffle, guess the weight of the cake and guess how many sweets are in the jar competition!

Please feel free to bring family and friends along to either watch the exhibition match at 5pm or make use of the Free Family Fun Courts across the afternoon.
