Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Notes from the coach
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. This 60 min session will burn on average over 600 calories and you will hit lots of tennis balls. Join now for sessions from just £8 members & £10 non-members (Daytime only members will need to pay the difference for non member rate via BACS to the club before commencement of course). PAYG is an option at £10 members and £12 non-members, but classes are kept to limited numbers and booked participants will take priority.
