Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities. This Saturday 10.30am session is a PAYG ONLY session and you will need to join the WhatsApp group to book your space each week. Polls are usually put out on a Friday afternoon/evening and first 8 people to vote secure there space. The session needs a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. Cost is £10.50 members and £12.50 non-members.
