SCHOLARSHIP (ISSP) TRAINING TIMES

 

Tennis/STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING sessions available to all ISSP athletes are as follows:

Monday: 08:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 13:15-14:30 (on-court Strength and Conditioning), 13:30-15:00

Tuesday: 08:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00 (Strength and Conditioning), 13:30-15:00

Wednesday: matches or 08:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 13;15-14:30 (on court conditioning), 13:30-15:00

Thursday: 08:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00 (Strength and Conditioning), 13:30-15:00, 15:00-17:00, 17:00-20:00

Friday: 08:00-10:00, 10:00-12:00, 12:00-13:00 (Strength and Conditioning), 14:00-16:00

On-court individual opportunities out with these training times are also available on request.

Typically, a ISSP athlete will engage in one tennis session and one Strength and Conditioning session per day, with the option to play more.
