Coaching
Group and Individual Coaching is availble for both Juniors and Adults.
Junior coaching sessions run as follows:
Tuesday 4 -5pm and 5-6pm for ages 5 - 11yrs
Friday 2-2:45pm for Tots (pre-school)
Saturday 8:30am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am and 12:30-1:30pm for ages 5 - 18yrs
Adult coaching sessions run as follows:
Tuesday 10am - 11am for Beginners
Tuesday 7pm - 8pm Ladies Squad
Thursday 1:30pm - 3pm for Improvers
Friday 6:30 pm - 7:30pm Mens Squad
Cardio Tennis sessions run for those adults looking to improve their fitness levels. No previous tennis ability necessary. We have a session on Tuesday morning at 9:15am til 10am and on Friday 1pm-2pm.
