Cancellation

Rain and Adverse Weather Policy

In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions that prevent the tennis coaching session from taking place, players will be issued a credit. The safety of the players and coaches is of utmost importance, and outdoor coaching sessions may be subject to weather-related cancellations.

Player Cancellations

Multi-week courses
If a player decides to cancel their participation in the tennis coaching programme before the commencement of the first session, a full refund of the coaching fees will be provided, minus any non-refundable administrative charges or processing fees of £5 per booking.

Once the course has started, a refund can no longer be provided. However, credits may be issued at discretion of the team due to exceptional circumstances.

Drop-in sessions
A player can cancel their spot 48 hours before the drop-in session for a credit.

If the session is at capacity, we can cancel the spot and issue a credit with less notice but only if the spot is booked by someone else.

In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations, we may at  discretion, consider offering alternative arrangements or credits for future coaching sessions. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Coaching Provider Cancellations

In the event that the coaching provider cancels the entire coaching programme due to reasons beyond the control of the player, such as the unavailability of coaches, the player will be entitled to a full refund for the remaining coaching sessionss.
