Our coaches provide adult coaching for all levels.

Levels are divided as follows:

• Beginner (just started to 1 year)
• Intermediate (1-3 years)
• Intermediate advanced (4 years +)

Adult Coaching:

The coach will divide abilities so you are practising at your own level

If representing the Club in matches during the year the captain will arrange training sessions with the coach to prepare the teams for their matches with tactical drills.
