Our Red Ball intermediate term-time courses are suitable for children from 5-8 years of age who have already played quite a bit of tennis and are beginning to rally a red ball relatively well. Players learn to serve, rally and score with a slow ball, as well as learning the movement and co-ordination skills needed for tennis. Please book intermediate if you would like your child to have the opportunity to rally with assistant coaches and learn to score a tie break during the group session. Intermediate groups receive faster balls i.e. racket feeds and are developing rallying skills in preparation for match play.
