• Monday 7:15pm-8:15pm- Adult Beginners
• Tuesday 6pm onwards- Rusty Rackets! This is our social group for any adults wishing to pick up a racket again after a few years away from the sport
• Wednesday- 6pm onwards- Mens Social Night
• Thursday- 6pm onwards- Ladies Social Night
• Friday- 6pm-7pm -Cardio Tennis
• Friday - 7pm onwards- Adult Mixed Social Night
