Sadly, the LTA has confirmed the cancellation of all of its summer grass court events due to the escalating coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the latest Government advice.  This decision has been taken in conjunction with the international governing bodies of tennis (the ATP, WTA and ITF), and the All England Club, and will see all professional tennis cancelled, including the Championships, Wimbledon, until 12 July. 

For clarity, the summer grass court events include:

·         The Nature Valley Open, Nottingham (6 – 14 June)

·         Manchester Trophy, Manchester(7 – 14 June)

·         The Nature Valley Classic, Birmingham (13 – 21 June)

·         Ilkley Trophy, Ilkley (14 – 21 June)

·         The Fever Tree Championships (Queen’s), London (15 – 21 June)

·         The Nature Valley International, Eastbourne (20 – 27 June)

·         Junior International Nottingham (22 – 27 June)

·         Junior International Roehampton (28 June – 3 July)

·         The Championships, Wimbledon (29 June – 12 July)

·         The British Open Wheelchair Championships, Nottingham (21 – 26 July)(This event is actually outside of the grass court timeline outlined above and is a hard court event, but it has also been cancelled).
