LOCKDOWN HANDICAP  21 CUP RESULT:
Dominic Brown beat Kelvin Jacks: 4-6, 6-1, 6-3.
Tremendous battle between the 2020 Champion vs the 2020 semi-finalist. Dominic overturned last year's result to beat Kelvin in 3 sets of great quality, on both sides of the net. In the end Dominic maintained a good level of consistency to break Kelvin's stranglehold on this competition.
Well played to both players - they put on a great show for the significant crowd of 20. No not a thousand!! 🤣
So that's it for another year folks. Look out for the WhatsApp invite next March for the 3rd edition of the Lockdown Cup. Get your entries in early as places got booked up early this year. The Cup will start again in April 2022.

The tournament was first played after lockdown finished in mid-summer 2020.  It was so successful that there were  32 entries for the 2021 competition. Matches started in April withe the final on the 1st August.
