Frequently Asked Questions

Why are you introducing a charge for courts ?

We’ve made a significant investment in our courts to provide you with the best possible playing experience. As a result, we’re introducing a charge for play to help us maintain the quality of our facilities. I only want to play once or twice, what can I do?

We offer casual Pay as you Play tennis which will be chargeable at £8.75.  Free sessions are also available at set times.  Simply register, book and pay for your court.

Once I have booked my court, how do I get access?

Once you have booked your court, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Your booking confirmation will include a four-digit gate code which you can then enter on the keypad at the gate. It is always useful to have your booking confirmation handy for inspection purposes.

I haven’t received confirmation of my booking or my gate access code. What should I do?

The gate access code is provided within your confirmation email. Please check the junk folder of the email account provided when you signed up.  Alternatively, please log into your ClubSpark account and check your bookings where you will see the details of your booking, alongside the gate access code.

What do I do if my gate code doesn't work?

Double-check that you are trying to use the correct gate code for the court and booking. If you are, please check your booking confirmation for further advice.

If you have followed all these steps and are still unable to open the gate please call CLUBSPARK for further advice.
