We all waited patiently for the new coaching session! And were rewarded.

The five of us (four members and a non-member) gelled quickly with our new coach Antonio, he had us working on several drills deep back hands and forehands, short shots and volley approach shots.

We finished the evening with 'Champions' our regulars know how to play this drill, but this had a new twist to play singles on both courts, the challenger had to beat the champion with one point of each court then shout 'challenge' if you were successful to win the third point you had knocked the Champion off and took their place, everyone wanted to be the Champion and we all worked hard.

I thoroughly enjoyed it! And looking forward to the next session!
