Policies

Run by the members for the members, the club welcomes players of all standards from beginners to experienced competitors (and anyone in between). Families and children are very welcome. Diversity and inclusion are embedded in the club's culture. Racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia are simply not tolerated.

Safeguarding

Our Safeguarding Policy strives to minimise risk, deliver a positive tennis experience for everyone and guarantee a prompt and appropriate response to all safeguarding concerns/disclosures.

The Welfare Officer is Kate Malleson, contactable at 07834 072 711 & winchmoretenniswelfare@gmail.com.

The tennis club is run by its own management committee, all volunteers, which is elected during an Annual General Meeting.
